SaumonDeLuxe is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of SushiMusic. SushiMusic is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaumonDeLuxe from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of SushiMusic or your violation of these ToS.
SaumonDeLuxe reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated ToS. Your continued use of SushiMusic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
SaumonDeLuxe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to SushiMusic at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these ToS.
